I need a pop up blocker for my computer because I get an insane amount of pop ups anymore on my computer. Not sure I also probably got a get an antivirus program.

Second, you pronably do have a nasty spyware infection. Get a good piece of antispyware software and see what you can get removed. Download ad-aware or spy-bot search and destroy to remove the pesky spyware, then find a good program that PREVENTS spyware. Spybot and Ad-Aware don't prevent, they just remove. I would reccomend Webroot Spysweeper, it is great software for prevention and removal both.
