I have: Windows live All- in -one antivirus,. I have Tune up facilities, Spybot and SUPERanti spyware.

I have tried them all but the pop ups still come up on a second page level ( behind the window I have open) What can I do??

You may have to restart in safemode to run a scan, do this by tapping F-8 key during startup and select the safe mode and then scan it,
