I'm looking for a free download to clear up the MESS on my computer!!?

I have suddenly acquired a virus or malware or spyware or spmething that has wreaked havoc on my system! I am trying to avoid the expense of taking my computrr to c.city for repair...not to mention the loss of my much needed computer. I downloaded and ran Adaware. It detected 1 major threat, and 168 privacy threats, and says it removed the major one and another after restart but see no difference! Oh and I have Norton antivirus. HELP!!!!!!!!!

Before we begin i would find it necessary that you Temporarily Disable Windows System Restore.

The reason for this is because when virus infects a computer with this operating system the virus may be accidentally backed up because of this feature. In order to completely remove a virus on these operating systems, you should disable System Restore before cleaning the system, then re enable it after the system is clean.

Before you install you must make sure that you do not have Norton Antispyware.

Scan with this program twice to make sure that detected threats are gone for good.

Also I would like it if you get your computer scanned from an outside scanner.
