Remove it completely before you try to reinstall.

How do I uninstall Yahoo! Anti-Spy?

The Yahoo! Anti-Spy component of the Yahoo! Toolbar can be uninstalled using "Add/Remove Programs" in the Windows Control Panel.

To uninstall Yahoo! Anti-Spy, please do the following:
