I have a viruses on my computer!!! HELP!!!?

I need to know some free/ or free trials of spyware and antivirus programs to use. Also. I am wanting to clean everything up, Like the cookies, history, and etc. How do I go about do those.Which ones should I start first and end with? Thanks !!!

Avast! Antivirus is completely free and very effective. I used it to replace Norton and it found viruses that Norton did not.

CCleaner is an excellent PC cleaning tool that will clean temp. internet files, temp files, and even your registry. It works great and is very stable.

Ad-Aware is an excellent spyware program.
