Check the CPU fan is working. When the processor is heated about the max, it get automatically reboot.

try to replace your power supply too...it might be overloading...and check your system for proper ventilation........

Your problem may not be a virus or other software issue. Had same problem a few weeks ago. It was that the inside of the computer was too dusty and it was overheating. I cleaned it out good with canned air and problem went away.
