hi people i recently brought webcams for my computer and my sisters laptop, i installed it on my pc n it works fine but when i installed it on my sis laptop every time i plugged the webcam into her laptop it did not regonise it please sum1 help me solve this problem .

by the way the laptop has bout 1.5 gb of songz on it and it has limewire and norton antivirus. do i need 2 reboot the laptop (delete songz n free up hard drive space )
